You call us, we talk you through starting a remote session on your Mac. We then work directly on your screen, in front of you, and you end the session whenever you like.

A broken screen, a swollen battery, a dead keyboard, a liquid spill, a Mac that will not start at all - in those cases remote support can do nothing, and we point you towards an on-site visit or a workshop drop-off.
