How it works
You call us, we talk you through starting a remote session on your Mac. We then work directly on your screen, in front of you, and you end the session whenever you like.
The software can be downloaded from our Downloads page: RustDesk, AnyDesk or TeamViewer, for Mac and for Windows. Nothing to install in advance, nothing to pay, no account to create.

What cannot be done remotely
Let us be straight about it: anything to do with hardware means we need the Mac in our hands. A broken screen, a swollen battery, a dead keyboard, a liquid spill, a Mac that will not start at all - in those cases remote support can do nothing, and we point you towards an on-site visit or a workshop drop-off.

Three programs to choose from, all free, for Mac and for Windows. The simplest is RustDesk, hosted on our own server. On a Mac you have to grant a permission in System Settings the first time you run it: we walk you through it - it is the only slightly confusing moment.
Wherever you are
It is the one service of ours that does not depend on geography. Our Lyon customers use it to avoid waiting for an appointment; those who have moved away, or who work elsewhere during the week, carry on being helped by the same person as before.
